Physical EXERCISE is necessary and GREAT for combating STRESS, sharpening mental acuity, and boosting your mood by ELEVATING your heart rate, but you NEED to look after your SPIRITUAL health as well.

Here are 12 points to maintaining SPIRITUAL health:

1. AWARENESS of being in God’s presence wherever you are.
2. EXERCISE your FAITH through meditation and prayer.
3. BE continually GRATEFUL for all things.
4. CONTROL your attitude, thoughts, actions and reactions.
5. MAINTAIN your BALANCE through life’s ups and downs.
6. ALIGN yourself with all that is BEAUTIFUL, GOOD and TRUE.
7. PROMOTE PEACE that comes from inner harmony.
8. ACTIVELY LISTEN to others is key to UNDERSTANDING.
9. STRETCH your UNDERSTANDING of others by REMAINING OPEN.
10. REMAIN open to LEARNING and GROWING from all people and experiences.
11. LOVE and NURTURE yourself.
12. BE LOVE TO OTHERS. This is absolutely VITAL.
