TEAMWORK: A Minute With John Maxwell, Free Coaching Video

A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He doesn't set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the quality of his actions and the integrity of his intent. In the end, leaders are much like eagles... they do not flock; you find them one at a time.

There are three types of workers: those who get things done, those who watch things get done, and those who wonder how so much got done.

It has been my experience that every team who has someone from the first quote above, falls into the first category of the second quote above. TEAMWORK is all about ego being left at the door. A true leader isn't worried about credit for a job well done. A true leader is concerned that the job be well done. That requires putting together a TEAM of individuals who recognize the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

TEAMWORK.

God Bless You, Beloved.
