SUBMISSION: A Minute With John Maxwell, Free Coaching Video
SUBMISSION is MEEKNESS in action.
Some people mistakenly think that meekness means weakness. Actually, it's quite the opposite. The process of breaking a horse of its wild nature is referred to as MEEKING.
It is brought under control by being corralled and then yoked to a horse that is already broken. At first, the wild horse kicks and bucks wildly in protest, but through the patient endurance of the broken horse, the wild one eventually settles down and learns to use its STRENGTH where necessary.
STRENGTH =
Superior Tolerance Really Exemplifies Nonresistance Gained Through Humility.
The late Henry Miller said, "True strength lies in SUBMISSION which permits one to dedicate his life, through devotion, to something beyond himself."
SUBMISSION is... Strength Utilized By Meekness Is Selfless Service In Others Needs.
If any of us need to be UNYIELDING, it is in our loving, selfless service to others. Enjoy your day, friends!
