CONDUCTING: A Minute With John Maxwell, Free Coaching Video
Benjamin Zander, in the 2008 TED famous presentation said, " The conductor is the only person in the orchestra who doesn’t make a sound. He depends for his power on his ability to make other people powerful."
Great leaders are like great conductors who demonstrate their ability to create an environment where the artistry of others may emerge so that their teams can perform in excellence!
True measure of leadership is done by the quality of the leaders they leave behind as their legacy, not by the number of followers they garnered. And leadership can only be produced by great conductors.
Today is a brand new day, the first day for rest of our lives. Let's begin this day with a thought to be a great conductor today, and everyday going forward! Have a great day!
